There is a key located in front of the living room TV to the laundry room. Please return it to the same place after each use.
Upon leaving, please remember to lock the front door and close all windows. Also, please tell us so we can start cleaning.
If there is any trouble, immediately text us using the app platform. We usually respond in minutes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
