Not so happy

There was no airport shuttle available when we arrived, not covered in the price even if available
The staff was not friendly, except the men who helped with luggage and taxis, and the food service people.
The air conditioner was broken in our first room, had to switch.
Coffee makers were terrible. Had to change one out and the other one was barely serviceable.
The inconvenience was exacerbated by the fact that we were only there for two days to rest and see the city after 10 days of busy meetings. Didn't rest well.
