Need to repair shower in room 2006.

Hard to turn on water as hot & cold handles completely stripped and come off.

Great location great amenities

As nice as expected. The staff was very accommodating and the buffet and happy hour was very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would stay there again

I would not recommend this hotel to nobody and I wouldn't like to say that you guys should be ashamed of yourself to send someone to such a place to stay where there's dampness the doors of the hotel rooms are open where they're trying to drop off their belongings inside of the rooms the front of Serta mattresses which roaches are running around it's damp and the smelly also there's not good customer service the restaurant is the only thing that you can find a little bit of happiness and it is so gloomy place to be and you can't get any ice ice machines do not work you wait for ice it takes an hour and a half to get the ice plus they do not want to change the Colonia some money to us some money if you have it and the swimming pool is the floor around the edges of the swimming pool where they're very dirty and gritty needs to be updated and it needs to be painted and reconstructed the gym looks better than anything else in the hotel

Horrible location

The location of the hotel is terrible. The hotel location has bad traffic and nothing to do close by It's located in an old neighborhood and during the week is a nightmare to get there.

Nice Hotel, great guest services

Pros: Extra guest service on the 4th floor
It was what I expected and beyond, the front desk staff maybe will need just a little training to provide best customer service but in general, the hotel experience was great.

Looks great, but too many issues.

Pros: The hotel staff that we had dealings with were very friendly.
Cons: Cleanliness of the hotel, specifically cockroaches.
Location: The location is not in a great area. We arrived once it was dark out, so we decided to stay in the hotel for the evening.
We booked this hotel on our last night in Costa Rica. We thought it was close enough to the airport, however still allowed us to experience a few more sights. The airport was reasonably close at 20 minutes. We dropped off our bags and went to dinner at the Hotel. The initial service was quick and pleasant, however the staff seemed to disappear. Our food took forever to come out. When it did, the chicken was cooked, but lukewarm. We were so hungry by this point that we ate it anyway. No one returned to see if we needed anything, including a beverage re-fill. We sat at our table for a very long time before having to go to the front to get our bill. We weren't in a huge rush, and have previously enjoyed the more laid back nature in Costa Rica, however the wait time was quite excessive. Our room looked fantastic and had a lot of amenities. We were excited about the rainfall shower head and sleep number bed. However, upon our return from dinner, we found two cockroaches! It was disgusting. The bathroom had a hand towel holder that was barely hanging on. Due to the cockroach issue, we slept with the lights on. We were very disappointed as this was the only chain we had stayed at during our trip, and it was by far the worst of our trip.

Nice Hotel with comfortable beds

Pros: Breakfast was great! Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean. We loved the comfortable beds. Room service was fantastic.
Cons: The restaurant next to the bar had horrendous service - over an hour to get our food and had to ask twice for water and to receive the bill.
Location: You can take Uber for downtown shopping, museums, parks and dinner for $2 or $3 dollars. It took 5-10 min to get there (depending on traffic).
The same young lady that checked us in to the hotel happened to be the same one that checked us out after a week stay. She is friendly, helpful and professional - everything you want in hotel staff. The room was nice and comfortable. We loved the beds! The showers had good water pressure and we had plenty of hot water. The staff worked continuously to ensure the pool area was clean and beautiful. The Radisson has a Gray Line Tours agent that works in the lobby from 7 - 5. If you don't have the opportunity to book tours online, he can take care of your day trip needs. I have no idea how lunch is in the hotel since we were never there for lunch. However, we did try eating there for supper on Monday evening. That is the only part of our stay that was not enjoyable. It took an hour to receive our food and the waiter was far from attentive. All the guests in the restaurant with us had the same issue. Except for the restaurant next to the bar, we highly recommend this hotel.
