Nice hotel

Pros: It had a very good restaurant with reasonable prices and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower was not too good and we wished that the windows would open to let in fresh air.
Location: It's a ways to downtown but not too far if you enjoy walking.
We were at the Radisson for 11 nights (needed dental work) and enjoyed it very much.

Know their guest policy!

Pros: The spacious room.
Cons: The hotel grounds needs more colors, more tropical plants. Also, some paint on the bared concrete facade.
Location: A walking distance to the center of town and attractions.
The stay was nice but they do not allow guest unless you pay extra. A lot extra!!!!! Everyone should know this policy before they book.

Breakfast was very complete! I stayed at the 4th floor which was executive and they had a great happy hour for free with finger foods and also early in the morning some nice fruits, breads and yogurt if you didnt want to go downstairs! Great hotel! Will definetely go back!

interesting place

Cons: Spruce up the courtyard.
Location: Near the airport in San Jose. Not much to do in SJ except use the airport. The downtown itself is very sketchy.
It's a conference center as well. There's really no place to walk to from the hotel...not the best neighborhood. Staff was friendly and front desk staff speak decent English. The hotel is made of concrete, and has long meandering hallways and an unusual layout. Old- Spanish styling. The room itself was quite large with a vaulted ceiling. The bed was comfortable, the shower good. We had drinks at the bar and then dined in the dining room, which wasn't too great. Food came out lukewarm, and dried out from sitting under the heat lamps too long. There is a central courtyard with trees and a small pond , and a pathway. Needs some work...parts are not kept up to par. The breakfast was in a dining area on the bottom floor, buffet style. Mostly meat-based, but there was some fruit, juices, coffee, and some local cuisine. Overall, not bad.

Close to downtown

This hotel is walking distance to the center square which is where most of the sights are located. The complimentary breakfast was adequate.

internet was not working, staff could not fix it.

Pros: nothing
Cons: rebuild hotel and hire English speaking professional staff
Location: criminal area very dangerous
Radisson was very outdated and experience was not very pleasant, staff did not speak English, bad experience in this hotel never again.

In the heart of the city.

Pros: The building was design by a real artist. It was a joy just walk around it and to see all the great in's and outs. A real work of art.
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect
Location: Walking and shopping in the heart of the city was a joy
