Staff were very friendly and helpful, phoning your company to arrange pick ups for me, and making me breakfast when I had to leave for the airport at 5.45am.

We enjoyed our time in Colours. The staff was very nice and always looking to improve our experience. The pool is great.. not to big not to small. You disconnect from San Jose env. On a nice day, you enjoy sunny Costa Rica at SJO. Great music all day long. Food is also good.

The rooms are pretty basic and there is quite a bit of noise from the street, but the location makes up for it. The National Theater is just around the corner, and it's on a pedestrian only shopping street with lots of entertainment.

Rooms are big and very private, gorgeous gardens. Weather gets pretty chilly during the evening, so be prepared. Restaurant is good but a bit too expensive. Staff is super nice and accommodating.

They might have a few kid-friendly ideas, like roasting s'mores over a bonfire, board games at the hotel, nearby movie theaters, or bowling alleys. They might be able to give you some "adult swim" things to do too, like a ski-in bar, an on-site spa, or a 21 and up club.
