Eugene was very accommodating during these trying times
I didn't actually get to stay at the property but wanted to leave Eugene a positive review for being so understanding about having to cancel all my travel plans due to COVID-19. We communicated clearly from booking to cancellation and the partial refund couldn't have come at a better time as I was just notified that I was laid off today. Those returned funds will make a big difference as myself (like the rest of the world) face more uncertainty in the future.
