Nice hotel. Close to supermarket

I stayed 7 nights at this hotel. It was my first time in escazu. No one helped me get my heavy luggage from the taxi (well taxi driver had mercy on me!) Pros- food, very tasty. Accesible price compared to Costa Rica prices! I tried both restaurant and room service. Cons- traffic! Getting in or out of escazu is horrible! Specially for all my customer that are located in San Pedro. You need to go across the entire city about 30-45 with no traffic. Also I stayed at room 119 just across restricted door for kitchen and warehouse. Around 5 am on Thursday I woke up for all the noise. It sound like people passing tables and chairs through that door, I saw they were having some events in the same floor I was located so i assumed it was the reason of the noise. when I was waiting for taxi I wanted to complain but there was no one at front desk. On Friday happened the same luckily that day I had to wake up early so all the noise actually helped me! Overall was a nice hotel if you come for tourism I do not recommend for business

Nice hotel

Over all, our stay was good. The bed was a little to hard for my taste. And the Wi-Fi was not strong enough in my room. This caused my data use to cost me extra $$. I would suggest they made sure Wi-Fi will be fully available on every room and not just the rooms near the access points. The food was great, and the customer service was very good.

Soothing atmosphere

The lobby and restaurant/bar areas are very comfortable and relaxing. The beds very nice, we all slept deeply. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location for Escazu

Pros: Clean. Modern. Good location. Facilities (pool)
Cons: Breakfast. Gone downhill over time. Used to have better quality hot food especially egg selections. For those of us who don't eat pork doesn't help.
Location: Within walking distance of Tony Romas and TGIF. Close by to Multiplaza mall, Nova Cinema (IMAX), Escazu neighbourhood.
This is my 4th or 5th visit to this hotel. Always a good experience overall.

close to mall and restaurants

Staff was reluctantly helpful . They holding my deposit $100 after three business days of checking out . Restaurant , expensive . Breakfast was ok . Could have been a better service for that price

The carpet in the room needed cleaning. The cleaner would take our towels and face clothes and would only replace with 3 or though there were 4 people in the room
