This time I had a bad experience.
My room was not cleaned because I put the Do Not Disturb sign while I had breakfast for one hour and that was enought for them to not clean my room. When I complained they just sent clean towells and thats it.
The Jacuzzy was cold as ice, they turned on and after one hour It never heated.
