very nice hotel super clear the bed very comfort

Pros: every things the breakfast ,super clean room comfort bed ,love the pool super clean
Cons: shower ,can swim at night
Location: the mall is ok not much to shop there ,,,like the gift show about two block down
we enjoy the pools and too bad that we could not swim at night ,,,enjoy the breakfast that come with booking ..the shower a little too tired when shower the water come through the door over very happy ,will stay there again

Still hanging onto 4 stars.

Pros: Excellent value for money.
Cons: Pool heater upgrade.
Location: Free shuttle to airport every hour.
The Wyndham staff is working hard to take good care of you. The hotel provides all of the needed services. The breakfast bar was quality, and had different items on each of the 4 days we used it. The add on (small extra charge) waffles with banana sauce are a must try. Our basic rate rooms were spacious with a walk in closet and large bathroom with corner jacuzzi tub. The hotel is only limited by it's age. But it seems corporate is gradually investing in improvements. The most urgent thing needed is a heater upgrade for the bubble pool that flows into the other unheated pools. (Management turned it up all the way for us but it was far too weak to do the job) All were too cold to swim in. Still, this hotel is simply the best value for money in San Jose provided you reserve it at it's sale rate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very Old and dirty rooms

Not kept well...cracked tub and tiles in the bathroom and very dated furniture. When asked about an upgrade because of the VIP statues with Expedia, they had no idea what I was talking about and they just blew me off...never again!

Pool outdated and certain areas in the hotel seem abandoned and not well taken care of. Service was good.

Near the airport

The hotel is near the airport and the hotel offers free shuttles to and from the airport. Nice pool and breakfast was very good. There is a good assortment of fast food restaurants and a shopping center nearby. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Airport transportation to and from was easy and organized, all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and room service was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Ok, just not what I expected.

The hotel was large, but the pool bar was closed, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the room smelled musty, and the elevator stopped working. I don't ever mind taking the stairs but it was just concerning. The Pirate Bar and bartender were great. The experience was not nearly as pleasant as the others we had in La Fortuna and Jaco.

The junior suite is nice and roomy.

We arrived after a long day of travel from Oregon. We were pleased with the closeness to the airport, the friendliness of the staff and the junior suite rooms!

Pros: Friendly staff. Nice lounge,food not bad.
Cons: Needs updated..
Location: Not bad .Restraunts close by.
The toilet didn't work.Came in to repair but still didn't work.Run down rooms but clean.Staff friendly.
