Carpet poor

The carpet leading to room upstairs was bad dirty needed replace or even vacuum

Pros: easy location, safe and quite. Shower has strong water flow
Cons: Air conditioner needs to be upgraded
Location: Korean market, easy access to freeway
Air conditioner needs to be upgraded. Water in shower is good. Internet access good

Really bad

Pros: Nothing
Cons: New management.
They have bed bugs and I got a few bites. I spoke with the front desk and manager but they did nothing and rent the same room to other customers without any treatments. The manager was very rude and never listen to the customers' requests. Never recomend to anybody. I have to ask for clean towels and ask to clean the room. Room and ceiling full of mildew.

Cleanliness was ok. Check-in quick. Noisy

Ar around 4:30am a woman in the room above mine started screaming and stomping like crazy. It lasted about an hour.

Unclean Room

Cons: Running water in tub Clean carpet Install lighting in stairway Add electrical outlet to plug in mini fridge
Location: There are several nice restaurants, a grocery store, and a Starbucks Coffee Shop nearby.
I would not recommend this hotel. The bathtub did not have running water. The carpeting was dirty and obviously had not been vacuumed. I had to keep my shoes on when walking in room. Staircase leading to room did not have a light.

We are a little confused about your comments. We have wood floors in all rooms. The handle on the tub was found operational but can be confusing because you must pull out the handle first. Room sucks even for price

The room service ladies are rude and they knock once then enter and my boyfriend and I were asleep when she did that. It was unprofessional and if I could help it I would not stay here ever again. Not worth 80 bucks I would rather stay at EZ 8 motel

As expected, a low cost, low comfort option

Look, this place is cheap. And it seems relatively clean, although it is impossible to know how clean the sheets were. My biggest issue was the noise. You hear all the noises from all the neighbors and from the street. If you are low maintenance and just looking for a place to crash, this place should be alright, but know what you are getting into.
