Mold in corners of the bathroom, broken electrical fittings, messy tile grout that was not cleaned up after renovations, continous noise at night from someone pushing a wheeled bin around the property and construction sound until I eventually got to sleep at 2am with ear plugs and a skerping pill. Place is undergoing renovation and it sounded like they were doing it through the night!!!! Handy location off hwy. Black bear diner right next door.

Absolutely love this hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here while traveling through town. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming! Not to mention the entire are was super pretty. Definitely will book here again!

I loved the space this hotel gave with the extra room attached for my large family. The staff was very nice and the room very clean. It was dated and a lot of construction going on which will update things but didn’t look great.

Some of the bathroom fixtures were falling apart such as the bath faucet popped off and the light switch was broken. Otherwise the room was clean and staff was friendly

Acoustics seem to be alittle worse from this part of the property; normally stay in the other building I’m in room 118 while I love it being on the first floor I don’t love acoustics coming from other rooms; everything is good otherwise

Stayed here for a soccer tournament at the Morgan Hill Sports Complex. It was a 12 min easy drive to the hotel from the sports complex. Check in staff was very friendly, let us check in an hour early, and provided us extra towels for our room and pool towels. 1/3 of our team stayed at this hotel for the tournament and they all enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day. Pros: breakfast provided was decently good. Had options like bagels, toasts, muffins, eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereal and different drinks Only cons we had: the toilet didn’t flush in the beginning, it had no water in the tank. This was an easy thing we fixed w/o notifying the hotel. The beds also felt springy, any time you rolled over I was able to feel them. Wasnt the worst, but could have been better. Overall, would stay here again if in the area

You do the same mistake and you are a fool. We are fools , we stayed at this property again exactly after a year with same terrible experience. None of the intercoms in the room work, body wish dispensers don’t work. We thought last year was one off experience but looks like this is how this property is, terrible.

When we first got our room the bathroom door was off because the doors was some sort of barn door and no one helped to come take care of it and after 4 hours of travel and 30 min to checking some in our big party needed to use. Also the barn door had a gaps on both sides and can easily peep through if you’re close or by the chair angle to the room. Our curtain rod was on the floor and the lights in the center was broken so their was not enough light in the room and we had to get ready for an event on the wknds, kinda of a mood killer. We also had 6 guest with only 1 toilet paper at a time would give us more and their smaller size it was just ridiculous. No one helped us, said because I did with Expedia gotta go through you. I appreciate being able to stay and have you help people like us get through life in a way but the hotel was unacceptable. No one ever checked up on us, no follow though, no thank you when I check out. The lady who checked me out said that’s it, I said that’s it? She yes, yes that it. Never no eye contact or smile. The microwave had shortages. We enjoy popcorn as a fam for snacking COULDNT do that and wasted 3 bags. We changed the outlet to another side but the microwave kept on doing that. We stayed 3 nights/3days and we had to ask for house keeping on sat and someone said they would and never came. The people above where noisy and very disruptive and when we complained they said oh it still early and it continued for all the days we where their. So sad.

Me, my husband, and our two young kids came and stayed for a few days in the two queen bed room. The hotel room and lobby are clean. The beds are comfortable and not too hard or soft. The bathroom and closet space was adequate for our needs. I did ask for extra towels and it came timely. The front desk staff were really nice and welcoming. It was also nice that Black Bear Diner is walking distance from our room. What I didn't like was that both phones were not working. The one on the table was on, but did not have a dial tone. The one on the bedside table wasn't plugged in and the telephone jack wasn't on either. The reading lamp also did not turn on. I notified the front desk within 20 minutes of our arrival. I also didn't like how we could hear every footstep from the upstairs occupant(s) and any conversation taking place in the hallway could be heard as if they were in our room. For the price, I recommend this hotel. If you have the option of staying in the higher floors I'd do that instead.

Property clean, check in took too long as they have a new computer system the gym equipment a lot of it didn’t work there was no water in the gym no towels in the gym. No wipes in the gym and security came into our room unexpectedly at 9:30 PM in the evening, and scared myself and the children. Spa and pool were great
