Very accommodating!Posted Oct 23, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, not too loud even though it was right on the main road.
Location: Right near Stanford University (walking distance). Easy to find and get to.
Last minute reservation, very nice employees. Quick to help and answer questions. Recommend it.

Convenient location, basic accommodations.Posted Sep 6, 2015
Pros: Location convenient to Stanford.
Cons: Elevator was a funky, smelly one with a plywood sliding door inside and walls covered with scratched-in graffiti.. Pillows were lumpy.
Location: Close to Stanford shopping and Stanford University and Medical Center.
Stayed here while husband was in hospital at Stanford Medical. Basic room to stay in. A bit worn out, but met my needs.

Party HotelPosted Aug 27, 2015 on Hotels
Horrible nigh's stay as a result of out of control party that staff failed to contain that lasted until 6 in the morning. Too add insult to injury, management has failed to address the problem at all.

It went well.Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: It was in a convenient location for our needs and the staff were excellent.
Cons: The seating in the lounge where breakfasts are taken. The general appearance.
Location: It went well with are planned activities.
Our room wasn't ready until after 4:00 pm. Thereafter, all went well. We originally were to be a party of three adults in the room, but one adult did not make the trip, so only two adults used the room. I asked the hotel clerk for an adjustment in the rate and was referred to contact Expedia. Consider this my inquiry about an adjustment based on the reduction in the adult occupants, from three to two.

nice but noisyPosted Aug 3, 2015 on Hotels
It's nice place to stay at the Palo Alto area since its location and clean room. However it is somewhat noisy since the hotel is just near the road and railway.

Okay for SLAC users, not okay for family trip/funPosted Jul 9, 2015
Pros: Staff were really nice!!!! They would help you whatever!!!
Cons: Please make the A/C better!!!!
All in all, it was okay. Breakfast was good. But room is not so much. The A/C is on the bottom of your sink in the bathroom, and often stops. We checked in during the hot days of June and July, A/C not working making the room humid and smell funny.

Siisti, hyvä perushotelliPosted Jul 8, 2015 on Hotels
Siisti hotelli kävelymatkan päässä Stanfordin yliopistolta. Vieressä ostoskeskus. Aamupala ok.
