The rooms look better in photos than in person.

The only time I saw someone at the front desk was when I checked in. I thought breakfast was being served at 6:30 A.M. because that is what the website indicated, but the front doors were locked and nobody answered the doorbell at that time. I had to call them from my room and was informed breakfast would not be ready until 7:30 A.M. It was nothing special. All they had was a pot of coffee, white bread for peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, and fruity or cocoa pebbles with a carton of milk in the refrigerator. I found some trash behind one of the nightstands by the bed and a bath towel at the other end. There was some loose change, candy, and either a rubber or dryer ball under the bed. It seems the maids only clean the areas that are visible to them and there were several hairs on the floor near the bathtub. It's unfortunate that hotel rooms no longer have clocks and nobody must know how to set the time on the microwave. The heater was fully functional. I could not get any hot water consistently when I needed it and even so, it did not last very long. The TV took a while to load. I was fortunate I received a free upgrade with a room on the lower level and a hot tub. The chairs were kind of hard and the sofa was not very comfortable. Nobody was at the front desk when I went to check out at 11:00 A.M. and I left the key card in front of their computer with all of their reservations.
