Room was not made, nor cleaned. There was not trashcan in the room, breakfast very simple, coffee, muffin or cereal bars.

Extended Stay but No Services

Pros: Clean.
Cons: Up the services.
Got to the Extended Stay hotel with my family of 4 at 10 pm. We were looking forward to eating the food we had brought with us but there was absolutely no kitchenware - not even a glass to drink water. The reception said everything was being washed and we could not get anything till the next day. Expected a hot breakfast but was told the next day they only have coffee and pastries - what a ripoff as I had paid a premium for this place. Never again.

Boy, for the price hike since seen, although it was another hotel when I stayed here last, they made such a negative change, its sad!

Worst place ever.

The front desk girl was pleasant. The room appeared clean until you really started looking. People were in and out all hrs of the night. You could here everything. I do not recommend this hotel.

Disappointing

Pros: There was a bed and running water.
Cons: Everything could be improved - but it really starts with a courteous, attentive desk clerk.
Location: We were just a short drive to the SAP Arena.
I've stayed at Extended Stays before - this one was not up to par. We arrived at 5:00 pm - 2 hours after check-in time - and there were no rooms that were ready. When we asked to use a restroom, we were told we could go down the street to Denny's and use the restrooms there. The employee then let us know that she was going to go check in with the housekeepers to see if she could find a room for us. She came back after 10 minutes, and assigned us to one of the 2 rooms that we had reserved so that we could at least use the bathroom. That room had not been cleaned at all. The rooms were just ok - everything seemed old and dingy. There was a kitchenette in the room, but no utensils or even glasses for water.

not that great

cheap, friendly staff, sad excuse for breakfast, weak wifi, but got what I expected with a cheap nightly rate.

Nice hotel, long wait time to check in though

Great overall, took forever for check in though, nobody at the counter for 30 minutes. Other than that, great stay.

Close to Airport

Pros: Rooms Ok, I was surprised at the newness, the comfortable mattress, and the bathroom was very accommodating.
Cons: The hostile day crew needs people skills training
Location: Close to airport, restaurants, parks and freeways.
Late evening check in was friendly and accommodating. Surprised that room was clean and new looking. Bathroom was well done and shower was excellent. Morning checkout crew was friendly and accommodating. Day Crew was angry, hostile and arrogant. Left the desk unattended for long periods of time. Breakfast Bar was not attended to. Ran out of cups etc. I asked for a rest room and they replied in a very arrogant tone that they had no public rest rooms. I said I was not the public, I was a guest who had checked out. They said no public restrooms. I had to ask if there were any restaurants nearby. They directed me to a Denny's. I am a retired executive and I have never been subjected to this egregious behavior before. So.... Expedia... do not list these atrocious facilities for me again! Thank You Jim Driscoll

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Dirty, smelly, poorly managed. Great checkin experience but room smelled of spoiled food, staff switched us quickly. Trash all over carpets in hallways. Needs new paint everywhere and to be cleaned more often. Needed more towels (stayed in King suite and only 2 towels were provided...) when I requested more was given 2 poorly folded towels and was told that's all they had.. The grab and go breakfast bar was a joke, nothing was stocked !! Save your $$ and stay away from this place.
