Great Customer Service

The greeting I received was 5-star! What a coincidence that the name of the hotel representative who greeted me was "Star". Star made me feel very, very welcome. The eating area in the hotel was very clean. The hotel offered free breakfast, with lots of choices. This was truly a "hot" breakfast - nothing continental about it. Each day for breakfast I was warmly greeted by the person responsible for the breakfast setup. The breakfast personnel were extremely attentive to any requests from the breakfast patrons. The hotel was located near plenty of places to purchase food and other items. The hotel is in walking distance of all these places, in addition to a shopping plaza that offers lots of choices. My room included a refrigerator and a microwave. I was given a room that offered a great, great view. This was a 5-star hotel experience, for a 2 1/2-star price. Thank you Star for the very, very warm welcome upon my arrival to the hotel, and for greeting me as though I was some dignitary each time I entered the property. The customer service experience is very important to me, and I was extremely pleased with this experience by all the hotel personnel.
