Pros: location to areas that I needed to visit
Cons: I was satisfied with my room no need for improvement
Location: I will probably seek logging at this hotel the next time I visit San Jose
Comfortable room and amenities, great view. Outstanding cafeteria. Tthe employees were very friendly and helpful

A Very Nice Hotel

This is one of the better Holiday Inns that I have stayed at. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly. I will stay stay at this hotel again.

Ceiling in shower collapsing. Refrigerator missing

Pros: Area, cleanliness.
Cons: Not alot of convenient eateries that are affordable.
Location: Did not venture out for sight seeing.
Stay was comfortable. Refrigerator was missing from room. Ceiling in shower was warped from water. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Location: For me it was close to the airport fie a morning flight. It is also located in the heart of Silicon Valley,
The hotel is excellent clean with all the amenities you would expect. The room was very nice clean and modern. Shower was the best I have had in any hotel.

Nice hotel close to shopping and concerts

This is the second time I have stayed here for concerts at the SAP Center. It's real easy to get to from the hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located close to a large shopping mall. I have found several great local places to eat near by as well. Room was clean and friendly staff. Felt safe during my visit. Will stay again.

The room was realy clean but had water problems the tub from the uper unit had a plumbing problem

I found a dirty soap and you might pay for parking

If you are not a member for Holiday Inn reward, you will have to pay $13/day for parking (no validation). I found a dirty bar of soap and used shampoo in my bathroom. One of the front desk person is kind and friendly while the other is not. I feel I would of had a better experience at another facility for the price I paid and the price I paid was discounted too.

Old hotel that has been remodeled.

Although remodeled the rooms are still too small to allow chairs. The room was uncomfortable. The lobby and common areas were well done. In addition to paying for the room we had to pay $13.00 for parking.
