I have stayed at the larkspur in Campbell 6 or 7 times this year, and the staff there are very nice and helpful. the hotel is also very nice. I expected the same in Milpitas. but the staff and management were rude and unfriendly, they refused to except my debit card, the same card I used at the larkspur in Campbell and had no problem. the manager said their system would not except it and refused to even try. they also refused to take cash. I had to call a friend and have them fax in a credit form for the $100 deposit or loose the room that I had already paid for. the hilton garden hotel next door is a much better deal, I'd recommend staying there.
