Toilet would not flush , was told we could not get another room due to being sold out was supposed to get a discount never did , dirty , key room never worked when we left our room . Would not recommend needs an update !

Unusual motion, activated lighting, kept us up all night, very loud, near zero amenities, the continental breakfast was actually a plastic wrapped muffin. Literally. Nothing else.

I reserved 3 rooms. In one of the rooms the AC did not work, it was super hot in there. The tv did not work either and in the middle of the night a sound, like an alarm went off and did not go away. We also did not have a mini fridge. We didn't end up showering because the shower/tub was dirty. In one of the other rooms, there was no tv and no mini fridge either. Very dirty and outdated, things broken.

I got a great deal but you get what you pay for. The hotel is in need of updating, room was a little run down. The bathroom and bedding were clean... but there were cobwebs in our room, carpets were dirty and window sills really dirty. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodatimg but our toilet clogged (for no apparent reason, just wouldn't flush all the way) and when I called at 6pm after a long day at a soccer tournament I was told there was no one to deal with that but I could come get the plunger and plunge it myself, which I did. It was a very convenient location for our tournament at Morgan Hill Sports Complex, a 4 min walk, but probably wouldnt stay there again.

It was a fine place to stay and welcoming enough. The bathtub was damaged in a way that made it look unappealing. There were noisy neighbors yelling at 2:30 in the morning and then again at 3:45. Otherwise it was fine!

They had one employee having to do everything from give out towels give me a new key and check in. The first room had dirty walls and stains and light kept flickering. Had to change rooms and then keys would work until multiple keys were made for second room. Was a nightmare

My window was broken and I needed fresh air and couldn’t open the window. And I couldn’t use the air conditioning because it gives me a headache and sore throat. I called staff but they couldn’t open the window either. And too late and tired to move . Please next time check the facility room that all is functioning perfect for there is no inconvenience.

Germs infested rooms, broken furnitures. We changed 5 rooms due to filthy showers , tubs and sinks. Still could not get a clean room. My wife was so tired of switching rooms and due to her health issues, so we bought a box of clorox wipes to wipe down the whole room ourselves. Rooms stink dirt and cigarettes. Horrible experience. I took many pictures which I will forward to Windham.
