Words can't quite sum up how good this hotel is. From the moment you checkin to the moment you checkout the staff could not do more. The location is exquisite. The hotel is modern. The facilities are excellent. A free car that you can borrow for up to three hours isn't something I'd ever had before. A particular thanks to Christian for making the stay so memorable. If there were a sixth star, this hotel would deserve it.

The property is beautiful and elegant, but the customer service we received made it a wonderful stay. I let the front office manager Bella know that it was my partner’s birthday and she was very thoughtful and made sure everything was flawless from the moment we checked in to check out. We got a massage at the SPA and highly recommend it. Spent some time at the pool and Patrick was so attentive and kind - it was one of these stays that reminded us what being focused on the guests experience really means and how a 5 stars hotel should feel like

I have stayed at several Rosewood properties internationally, over the last 20 years. This one was a big disappointment- first they tried to put me in a room with a viewbof the highway, I booked a mountain view room costing over $900 a night. I refused and was given the option to wait a few hours for another. That room faced away from the highway but was just ad loud, and there were ants all over the bathroom. Disgusted will never return.

This is an amazing hotel and experience. For a vacation, or visit with family, the staff and facilities were all top notch. The pool was especially useful, with food and drink served right to your lounge chair. The pool was also clean, kid friendly, family friendly, and everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves. For our tastes, it was a bit pricey, maybe a little overpriced. But in the end, the experience was worth it.

Beautiful Northern California luxury resort
Rosewood is as lovely and welcoming as I had been encouraged to expect. The staff was uniformly pleasant and helpful; I got especially good advice re wine and menu selections from our waiter. We would be delighted to stay here again.

The Rosewood Sand Hill is a perfect retreat and also excellent for the business traveler. The property provides privacy and is located perfectly for day trips to the coast, excellent shopping, and business meetings in the Silicon Valley. The room was simple and luxurious with all the best amenities. The service paralleled that of any 5 star resort. I felt safe and extremely well-cared for, especially given the COVID-19 realities. Their contactless check-in and check-out, safely delivered and delicious room service meal options, and the overall cleanliness of the room and common areas were all perfect. I look forward to my next stay at this property.
