They Charge You For Dirty Towels & Pool Is Empty

Pros: Close to Denny's
Cons: Cleanliness Overwhelmed Staff Empty Pool Don't add unauthorized $25 charge because all the dirt in your rooms made your ragged ten cent towel dirty
There's plenty of similarly priced hotels within a 1 block radius, do yourself a favor and stay at one of those instead.

Thank you for taking your precious time in writing us your feedback. The pool is currently closed since we are still in drought in California. All of our staff members take our roles in our business very seriously and we try to provide the best customer service to all of our guests. We hope to be informed right away if our guest has any issue so we can resolve the problem as soon as possible. We will make sure your experience will be a lot more pleasant and we hope to see you in the near future, Thank you.

A Nightmare Stay To Remember

I stayed for 1 night and scared the hell out of me. Group of men drinking outside they're room. And a couple on the other side talking like they're the only ones in there. The following morning I woke up by a loud motorcycle noise. No one seems to care about people staying in this Hotel.

Motel with her years showing

Pros: It was avilable for 1 night at a reasonable price and was cleaning crew was their in force the next day. The locks had been updated and the AC worked
Cons: Good cleaning
It is a Motel- old and tired and seemly will traveled. Basic needs met. The water worked, the fridge kept the beer cold and the locks looked new, Internet worked but soon became overloaded and I did no use the TV which looked new. I would leave the Children at home as the rooms are small and the pool long drained. They place was booked solid with construction workers and license plates from out of state and I think that helped with noise as they went to bed early and the lot was almost cleared by 7:00am. Perhaps the clumps of dirt in the bathroom could have been contributed to the last pair of boots using the facilities before heading to the site. College Road Trip or last room in San Jose under $150 it is a deal.

Needed an affordable room just to sleep.

This is my first negative review of a motel/hotel. My $130.00 room required a $150.00 deposit. I travel frequently and did not expect this cheap of a motel. Bathroom window did not lock (1st floor around a noisey area), box springs had blood stains on the sides due to BED BUGS. Did not see bugs until morning when three bugs were crawling on the sheets. Many bugs were UNDER box spring cover. Spend the extra money at one of the nicer hotels in the area or just keep driving. Attempts at updating are being made but the flat sceeen tv isn't enough. Got the impression drugs/prostition goes on.

What a dump!!

Pros: Nothing, other than the price
The floors were FILTHY, the window fabric was held together with straight pins in spots, the dresser drawers would not work because the rails were broken on all three drawers, the bathroom faucet was plugged requiring a replacement aerator ( when the maintenance person came to replace the aerator, he entered our room without even knocking), no screen on the window so we could not leave the window open, we had to ask for wash cloths as there were none in the room when we arrived, we had to check in and check out an iron (have never had to do that anywhere before), the young Asian desk clerk had a severely rotten attitude, and he called me 'boss' when I came in to ask for some wash cloths, the room had a bad odor, there was no light for the desk area, the TV was at an angle as the pedestal was broken, the pool was empty and not able to be used, the female desk clerk knew almost nothing about the area, and there was no phone book in the office, or our room, for our use. The room number was 224. The only reason we stayed there was because there were no rooms available in the area under $300.

Worst hotel room EVER!

Dangerous part of town. Room must have been part of a crime scene cause they had to use so much bleach to clean it up. Staying here taught me how to sleep with both eyes open. The area hookers on the other hand were very polite when I passed by them in the parking lot.
