The hotel hosted a basketball social and it was well organized and super fun. The gym is great and the room had modern decor and a nice view. Only complain is the $40 daily parking fee.

Visited for a state school event. Everything was well laid out, easy to find. The facility was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a good place to stay.

Property is really not kept up to standards. Big stains everywhere. Leakage. Dirty carpets. Entered my room and chair and tissue box were completely covered in dust. Internet is not included. Super loud AC/Heating unit inside of the room, crazy loud actually. Super loud surroundings. I definitely do not recommend this place.

We flew in for a football game, hotel is where the 49’ers stay for games. Being an out of towner the place was extremely convenient with getting to game. You are about a mile walk or you can pay around $45 for an electric bike to take you in a cart. Two of you will be a $90 or a $100 bill but you are dropped off just before you enter the stadium. I had a bruised heel so it worked out perfect for us!! Niner fans were very nice to us being from Detroit. we had a great time hanging out downstairs at the restaurant/bar with local fans at night. Cleaning staff was great if you just want to grab a few items and change out towels. Rooms clean and comfortable! Little balconies on our tower but felt great to stand out there and enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was good downstairs, large buffet. We walked around the corner to a great restaurant Birk’s for dinner one night. To change it up from eating at the restaurant downstairs at the hotel which is also every good but a limited menu. If I was flying in for a game again I would stay here again no question. Not sure if it was just the game I went to but they also had an amazing food truck out side when we got back from the game that had delicious food! Also we flew into San Jose airport and took a Lyft to the hotel which was very close to the airport. Lyfts and Uber’s were coming in and out of the hotel with very little wait time even when we stayed a couple of extra days pass the game day frenzy.

the only troublesome thing was there 'condensation dripped off the balcony above us. I had to put 'towels' outside to catch the drip so it didn't make noise on the metal that was covering the roof..

49er fans — find another location !
Definitely not ready for the amount of people who went for the playoff game. Food was terrible. No seating. Unresponsive bartenders. Restaurant closed to guests after game. Not a place to stay for 49er games.
