Pros: Overall is Good.
Cons: The counter staff should be more friendly to the customer.
Overall was good but one of the counter staff was a bit snobbish and have no patience. The waitress in the restaurant was good.

Horrible staff for all 3 nights we stayed!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights (Checked in Friday and checked out Monday). Upon booking I called the front desk to verify if we will be getting continental breakfast, the lady I spoke with assured that it was for our party of 4. Saturday morning my family and I walked down to the front desk and asked where the breakfast was held, and was told that we did not have breakfast included with our booking. They said there was NOTHING they can do, did not offer anything else. Saturday night, coming back to our room, I thought I'd ask a different shift of staff. Again, they said there must have been a mistake as our room did not include breakfast and did not offer any other alternatives. Come Monday morning, I bring my left over food from dinner to heat up. I asked the front desk personnel if there was a microwave for me to use, she said no! But directed me to the hotel's restaurant. I was confused, I asked her if she was sure that the restaurant will let me use their microwave, she confirmed yes. I walk over to the restaurant and asked the hostess, the hostess said she did not have a microwave for us to use and that there was prior communication to the hotel that they are not allowing guests to use the restaurants microwave. To my understanding almost every hotel should have a microwave option even if it's not a free service, the front desk staff did not offer that or anything else. My family and I were very very very disappointed and disatisfied with our stay at the San Jo

Just for clarification purposes, the hotel has microwaves available for a nominal fee and we do not allow outside food to be heated in the restaurant for safety reasons. I apologize for the miscommunication on our part; hopefully, you will consider staying with us again. Thank you again.
