The Sheraton is a hotel that's been around for years, I expected quality and I didn't get that. The inside appearance, the base boards on the floor was all pulled up, the hallway light fixtures on the walls, some missing with electric cords sticking out. My room was changed three times-the first time, the TV wasn't working, the electrical outlet where I attempted to charge my phone, a spark was visibly observed, so I couldn't use the outlet. As it relates to the TV, I was brought a different remote control, the TV still didn't work. For those reasons, our room was changed. Once reassigned to another room, we opened the door of the heater (photos attached) to adjust the heat in the room, as the room was cold. Well, the wall heater, fell/came apart from the wall. We had no heat at all. Hotel manager Michael was notified, he came up to our room and attempted to resolve the problem, but to no avail, the motor on the heater ran and we still had no heat. Our room was then upgraded to a suite. It was late, after midnight, before the issue was resolved. For those reasons, even though our room was upgraded, I wouldn't choose to stay at the Sheraton in the future. Also, if the hotel was under construction, there were no signs indicating this at all; that would have been helpful as I mentioned it to the hotel manager.
