Reasonable place to sleep days; working graveyard

Pros: Close to work site, quiet, simple but nice breakfast.
Cons: Air conditioner in room 109 didn't work.

Good value for Palo Alto

This location used to be a Days Inn, but has been recently remodeled. My room was clean and reasonably comfortable for 1-2 travelers. There is a free continental breakfast in the hotel lobby with coffee, cereal, yogurt, etc. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Newly Remodeled

Room was recently remodeled. No wiring to vanity light in Bathroom and no ventilation fan. Room was nice, bed and pillows comfortable. Would have liked a place to sit for breakfast.

We have already sent a note to the maintenance staff about the wiring to the vanity light and the ventilation fan that you mention so that it will be fixed for the next guest. It may have been raining when you stayed with us, but we have a newly, remodeled outdoor patio with comfortable patio furniture that we encourage guests to use when eating breakfast. Customer Service Nightmare

Their hotel staff was surprisingly rude, the rooms were small, and the room we were in was in disrepair. Normally we are not very high maintenance, but we actually left 2 days early and went to a different hotel.

You brought your pet to stay with you, but since March 1st, we have changed our 'pet-friendly' policy to not allowing pets at all. While the new policy was stated on our website, there was one mention of 'pet-friendly' that we did not delete, so it is understandable that you were confused by our policy. Having thoroughly investigated the situation, it appears that the manager was willing to allow your pet to stay with us because of the website confusion. However, our 24-hour cancellation policy is the reason why we had to charge you for the night even though you decided to go elsewhere. We trust that you understand our position.We are truly sorry that a mistake our on part was the cause of your frustration, and we sincerely apologize. Sincerely, Hotel Management

Then place is nice and the furniture is new. Breakfast could be improved with some animal protein.

Friendly staff, clean room

The staff at checkin was very kind and friendly. Check in/out was quick and easy. The location was good, and the area was nice and quiet. The room was clean and updated, although much smaller than I imagined it would be. It was enough for just one person, though. There was a refrigerator and microwave, and a small free breakfast in the morning. Overall, I was pleased.
