“Hotel is outdated but very well located in a very nice neighbourhood. Also, be aware that the city train starts at 515am and is extremely loud, especially if you’re sleeping with the window opened due to no AC in the rooms. The staff were super nice and extremely helpful.”

“Excelente lugar y, en general, tuve una muy buena experiencia. Sin embargo, me decepcionó que el gimnasio no tuviera pesas libres disponibles. “Beautiful property. Brand new modern and clean. Great quiet location with beautiful mountain views at the pool. The only issue was that the one-bedroom unit does not truly sleep 4. It is advertised to sleep 4, but the pullout sofa converts to a bed which is only twin-sized. We have small kids so one slept in the queen bed with us and we made it work. Just be aware that this should be a 3-person max. We would definitely stay again if there was a larger unit with more beds.”

“This location was exactly what we needed. It was clean, accessible, interesting, and provided us a central location in San Jose. The facilities were great: the pool, the workout areas, the 31 floor spaces and the rooftop provided interesting areas to relax and enjoy during our down time.
