Disappointing service

The hotel is really beautiful, the food is good. But the cleaning service of the rooms are terrible. I came back to my room at 4pm and they haven`t cleaned the room. I have stayed in this hotel 3 times because of a tennis tournament and they always do this. And also after my check out they called me to tell me that I had left a pending bill when I `payed everything when I checked out. Terrible service at the reception.

good for families with children

It's a bit outdated in terms of comfort, sheets, TV service, wifi service.. The Hotel is aside the Highway, there´s really nothing near the hotel, but it's good for resting or traveling with children.

Beautiful Hacienda, with Cleanliness Problem

The hotel was beautiful and had beautiful grounds, in a traditional hacienda style. But, there is a skylight in the shower, which allowed a cockroach to come in and die in the shower. Some of the previous occupant's clothes were left in the room.

Mexico trip

We roomed between three rooms, the hotel staff was great, the only down side was the bathroom it's small with a toliet and a stand up shower. In small space. The bed was plush with comfortable covers. The room space is big only down side if your not use to the weather the a/c doesn't work well other then that the food was great hotel looked beautiful great stay would come here again

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and I love it. However, this last visit had some flaws. The room wasn't entirely clean, as if it wasn't swept. There was hair on the floor. The shower head was kind of old so there was water coming out of everywhere making it difficult to shower.

Good value

Thr hotel is great value, but it could do with some revamping; also although the rooms were very clean, the dinning area left much to be desired in that departament (I am taliking about the space itself - floors, baby chairs-, not the food, which was good and well prepared). The location is magnificent, a former Hacienda, very cool.

Sleepless in San Gil

We have stayed here before. The hotel is really excellent except this time they did not have our resevation. They seemed to sort it out as they did not charge us. The only problem was they did not expect us because it seemed the hotel was rented out for a business conference and while they put us up there was a party going on until 1 in the morning leaving us a bit sleep deprived.
