Be part of the vibrant Maderas Valley community when you stay at Casa Paraíso. Our top floor 2 bedroom apartment is walking distance to epic waves, soul inspiring yoga, relaxing massage, great restaurants and some of the best sunsets in Nicaragua. Or you can stay at home and enjoy the sunsets from our pool or patio with ocean and valley views.

Our guests can sleep soundly (lots of hammocks) knowing we've invested in solar panels & solar hot water to offset our power needs.

We ask all guests to respect our neighbours and abide by our posted quiet hours of 11pm to 8am.

Incredible views
My family and myself could not have been happier with this property. Its a little out of the way from San Juan Del Sur Beach but it's worth it all the way. The views of the sunset are spectacular and the home is just so eclectic and nice. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Just make sure you have a 4x4 or you will have a hard time getting to this location. Highly recommended.
