The apartment is located on Condado Beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This area is very safe and full of tourist attractions/activities. Surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, kitesurfing, beach volleyball, beach soccer and other beach sports are common along our beach. From our apartment, you will be able to easily walk to some of the top restaurants, hotels, casinos and nightlife spots in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Condado is home to the famed La Concha Hotel, Marriott Stellaris, Conrad Hotel, Caribe Hilton, all within walking distance. In addition, there is many conveniences nearby with includes a pharmacy, a 24-hour grocery store, and a 24-hour convenience store. Currently, the exterior of the building is undergoing cosmetic renovation which would not effect your stay in any way. The pool is open and there is direct access to ocean beaches from the rear of building THIS PROPERTY IS SUITABLE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. ADDITIONAL GUEST 3 & 4 EACH PAY $50.00 PER NIGHT.

I got a bit annoyed at first because, upon booking, it seemed like there was a bunch of additional stuff to fill out and I think the host initially wanted to meet us in the lobby—which seemed like overkill esp for 2 days. But they got the message that we just wanted something easy,

This condo is very beautiful right on the beach one of the best sites that you will see in San Juan. The owner of this condo is very nice and he is very communicated with you and makes sure. Your trip and stay is as pleasurable as possible much care about the people that stays there and make sure they are very well accommodated and reaches out to you personally, and makes sure that you have everything and anything that you need for your stay there. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I go back to Puerto Rico.

Wedding weekend and vacation.
Loved the area and condo. We visited Puerto Rico for my son’s wedding weekend and vacation. Lou was very helpful and the communication was excellent. There was construction on the facility going on. But that wasn’t really an issue. Hope to come back next year when it’s finished. Beach is very nice, pool was large and really good. Tennis court is good. Not perfect but for intermediate players it work very well. The area is very safe with good restaurants and activities in the neighborhood. Condo was well equipped with beach gear, lots of towels and linens. Kitchen was great for easy meals. I am particular and I will return. Had everything I needed. It made my week very enjoyable and stress free. I rented a car and there is a designated parking spot for the condo. Worked out perfect. Again very safe and secure. Thanks Lou and Mike.

Great location - nice apartment
This is our second time staying at this apartment (4th time in Condado over 10 years). It is the perfect size for us & has everything we need. It's like being home away from home with an amazing view of the ocean & pool. The building is older & there was some repairs being done currently. The first time we stayed here (a different apartment) they were fixing the front. The back is now being done & it is so necessary. This location is fantastic. We love Condado & can't wait to return. Got a rental car & toured other parts of the island - ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Went south through mountains and loved the beauty of the mountains and calm waters in the south. If you want fancy hotel amenities - this is not your place. If you want to feel at home with coffee maker, range, toaster and dinner settings, this is!.. Lou is great to work with and was very responsive. Perfect for a couple. There is a pull out sofa as well if needed for additional people. Recommend for relaxing time away!

Excellent property with beautiful views and centrally located!
My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been happier. The instructions provided prior to arrival ensured a seamless stay! Not only was the view from the balcony exceptional but we were probably 10-15 mins from virtually everywhere we wanted to visit. We rented a car for our stay and having a free and secure designated parking spot (behind security gate with security guards) made for a worry free stay! A million thanks to the owner and local manager for making themselves available if they were needed!!

Lovely Condo in San Juan
Loved this condo in San Juan’s Condado area. The view is absolutely SPECTACULAR! Lou (owner) was great at communicating, was always prompt with responses. The property managers are very responsive and attentive as well. Property is as described and very clean, nicely appointed. The rooms are very bright so bring eye covers for sleeping! Nice area, convenient location, great for walking. Beautiful museum nearby as well. Condo is very quiet, never heard any neighbors. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.
