Casa Blanca is my favorite hotel after visiting several in San Juan & St Thomas. It is beautiful & unique! The staff is outstanding. The artwork was so enjoyable & the small bar was so warm & inviting. Loved the Morrocan influence. Just wished I could have stayed there longer.
The elevator was down, but the staff was very accommodating and carried our luggage for us. The hotel is lovely, wonderful dining area and great bar. Staff went above and beyond. No hairdryers or ice buckets in the room - you have to ask for them. Other than the elevator being down temporarily, the stay was lovely and I would recommend the hotel.
It is always a joy when you walk into a hotel room and it exceeds your expectations. That was our experience at CasaBlanca. The room was immaculate, larger than expected, more furniture than expected and the canopy bed was beautiful. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the old part of San Juan as it is so centrally located.
The location is excellent and the staff was exceptionally wonderful and accommodating. The only negative thing was they only have one elevator which was BROKEN and we were on the 4th floor and traveling with elderly parents who had to stay on the 2nd floor for 3 nights. This put a little damper on the trip because of not wanting to walk the steps all the time. However the staff was exceptional and tried to help in anyway they could.
