I'm going to give the most detailed description that I can give seeing that I stayed here recently. I read all the comments and reviews about this place before booking but I know everyone's experience is different so I wanted to get a feel of the place for myself. Location: The location is very central in Condado. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and souvenir shops and a central pickup point for most tours that you'll book. I felt safe in the area. THE BEACH is right in the backyard so you dont have to go far looking for one. I enjoyed lots of night walks along the beach as well and felt safe and comfortable. Amenities: First I'm going to say, you get what you pay for. Obviously a hotel at this price did not have much to offer amenities wise however I knew this and really was only interested in having a shower and a place to rest my head. So I was quite comfortable. Im someone who likes to take scorching hot showers and unfortunately this hotel did not have the hot showers that I liked however, the water was warm enough to where you could take a shower and feel clean. It did what it needed to do. All in all, this is a great place to stay if you are in PR for a few days and want to be at the center of it all. If you're someone who just needs a bed and a shower when you go on a trip and are not looking to break the bank, this is the perfect place for you. 5/10

Staff very nice. It was a bit hard to find the entrance and the ramp is dangerous I fell. Outdated but overall fair for the price. I slept pretty comfy & being near the beach is a plus.
