My wife and I stayed at the Vanderbilt Condado from Friday, December 18th to Tuesday, December 22nd. We've been to Puerto Rico several times, this was our first time staying in the Condado area. We stayed in a one bedroom Commodore suite on the fifth floor, a corner unit with one balcony facing the ...
For my very first time experience they made my trip amazing! The rooms were exactly how I expected to look base on online photos, rooms were clean and well kept, view from my balcony was beautiful. The staff were such a great help and gave the most amazing customer service being that I work also ...
This was a very nice experience, very friendly staff, room, pool, spa and fitness room all very nice. The only drawback of the hotel is that it isn't ideal for beachgoers. You either have to walk down a busy street with your stuff or get a ride down there from the hotel and that only goes until ...
Good facilities, had an amazing spa experience. Staff was very accommodating.
Excellent vacations in overall. The administrative staff were very nice addressing all my questions regard the hotel and the attractions around the area. They have a good gymnasium, spa and swimming pool. The treatment in the bars and in the restaurant was very pleasant and warm. I just have two ...
Enjoyed the spa atmosphere very much. Needed a calm, quiet setting with a small number of hotel guests and that is what I got. Staff was attentive and politely answered any questions we had.
This was our second stay at this facility and will stay again. The staff are very nice and helpful. Very clean and comfortable bedding. The spa and pool are always working and kept clean. The breakfast is as good as it could be, I just wish they had a waffle maker and different meats to choose ...
Nice hotel near the beach. Great location, nice facilities. One thing I did not realize was that there was an additional 18% resort fee on top of the Expedia price.
I arrived at the hotel 4 hours early before check in, so me and my son was able to use the facilities. After looking around and eating lunch at Denny's (great waiters, especially Chris) and walking around looking at the facilities we got tired of waiting after 2 hrs. I went to the desk and this amazing ...
When in Puerto Rico, we normally stayed at Marriot or Hotel El Convento, this time I decided to try Best Western. Was very happy. Free breakfast, free wifi, pool for the kids, comfy bed, staff were very attentive. Walgreens and CVS across the street. If I needed to go to Casino, it is also across ...
Overall it was a good stay. Only thing is I wish they would had much more clear on what extra fee will be charging and explain about the parking rules and regulation to customers before hands.
The cruise ships dock across the street. The roof top pool and sauna allow you to chill out after walking around Old San Juan's many historic attractions. The breakfast buffet allows you to eat before you embark on the daily exploration of the venerable old city.
The staff was nice the hotel was clean. I would stay there again. The main selling point for me is the size of the coral princess, this was my first time staying at a boutique. Almost forgot about that wonderful Spa tub
The pool area and outdoor beach/dining areas are great. Even when the hotel seemed pretty full, there was still plenty of pool room in the bool and on the beach. The pool is broken into two sections, which divides the bar and non-bar pool areas. There is a pool spa (essentially a large hot tub) which ...
Amazing ocean view, so clean, beautiful, near everything and anything. Staff were so nice and very helpful.
Great facilities even after the hurricane! Must visit it again next time!
