"Great helpful staff all around. As mentioned in other reviews, the bed was hard but not terrible - we've had worse. Also mentioned in other reviews was that the AC did not work. We had the same problem. We were in room 102 and the AC did not work. We mentioned it to the staff who tried numerous times to fix the problem. The AC would work for a few minutes then would shut off. The staff tried very hard to fix the AC but to no avail. Luckily it wasn't too hot except in the morning when the sun shone into the room. We did open the window but then the mosquitos came in and feasted on my wife. Overall, this is a great hotel with great helpful staff and situated in a great location. In the hot season I would try and avoid room 102 unless the fix the AC. "

"Hotel is located very conveniently to everything in Florence. We walked everywhere. The staff is top notch, friendly, helpful, and made the experience so personalized. Rooms were so comfortable. If you are traveling with a family, the family room is basically a spacious apartment connected to the hotel. "

"Great location, great staff. We stayed in second floor, the lift only goes to first floor so I had to carry my daughter. Thankfully they locked the buggy on ground floor in kitchen, otherwise I had to carry that as well. Breakfast was ok."

"Hotels in a great location the staff is phenomenal. Breakfast is delicious. Spa is a great way to end your day the Outside Gardens are a peaceful oasis in the middle of Florence. We were only planning to spend four days and end up spending two weeks would go back again in heartbeat."

"Good room, comfy beds and pillows. Smart tv. Good amenities. Towels are a bit rough. Need to work on sound proofing the room from the road. Safe works, mini fridge in room. Check in could have been more informative about the city, map etc. just got a basic check in and here’s your key. Breakfast is a nice touch. Area is okay, close to the station and the centre. "
