"Lorenzo was an Angel and the place is Awesome"
After travelling a few other places in Europe, I was beginning to think that I was spoiled with American customer service... until I met Lorenzo. He made our stay in Florence unforgettable and this is hands down the cutest hotel we've ever stayed at. Lorenzo went out of his way to make sure everything we needed was taken care of and I can't thank him enough for all he did. Seriously, If you want top notch customer service do not miss Mr. My Resort.

"Beautiful and old world charm"
We had only one night at this hotel and we wished for more. The decor is stunning with beautiful rooms and a bar to sit in that is self service, as well as a gorgeous quaint rooftop deck to enjoy the city views. The room was cozy and very comfortable. The breakfast is extraordinary, a buffet in the lovely dining room and service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with the experience

The centerpiece of this Florence neighborhood is the Basilica di San Lorenzo, one of the largest churches in the city. Located near the city's main market, the most celebrated aspect of this structure may be the Cappelle Medicee. Also notable is the Laurentian Library, which was conceived and built by Michelangelo.
