Very nice motel and staff. There was another guest a few doors down who allowed their children to play unsupervised , running about, etc. Kids will be kids, but these parents could have exercised more responsibility and consideration for other guests.

This hotel was fine for the price - I think my room was advertised at $107 and I took it since we were camping and got rained out and just needed a dry bed for the night. The room was quiet and we slept well. The location is good - very close to the freeway and restaurants, etc. The condition of the office was that it was under construction I guess and we couldn't go in so we had to go to an outside window and pick up a phone and call someone to come out. She was friendly enough. Our room was on the corner at the 2nd floor and at the end of the building was something like a construction area where a lot of things were sort of just laying out. Again - you get what you pay for. The bed was fine, the TV worked and we slept well.

It was a good inn for an overnight stay. It is right off the main road, so there is noise. It is very clean and well kept. Parking is a bit tight, but managable. The general manager is very nice and helpful. I had left my phone charger and was able to return and pick it up. Thank you.

Well do booked this room. On Christmas Day. Went to check in and nobody there. But they took my money. And got an text from the property stating the rules. Ok. I don’t have any animals. Fine but the fact that I had a 7 hour layover in Denver ok fine not their problem. Finally once I arrive in destination. I am very patient person. I waited till 11am nobody there. There is a phone outside of at glass window to call if nobody’s their. Do I called. And called and called. Nobody’s their. Once again I understand it’s Christmas. Do I leave for 5 hrs. And nobody there I called and called. Now I’m wonwhats going on. Is he ok or what. So I leave. Come back at 830 pm on Christmas. And nobody their. And now that’s not ok. If you take my money’s. Then fo your part as in your job Not ok at all. Only wanted a shower really to see my kids on Christmas. Now I’m full of airport goth and not happy.

We stay four nights, leaving the room early and getting back late, so it suits us perfectly. We enjoy the staff, the rooms are comfortable, we get service without wait, and it is quiet.

The worst customer service by the “manager” Sean. He was the most rude and disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. Never again booking this hotel.

Customer service a nightmare. Would not stay here again. Walls paper thin. Toilet ran all night. Bed coverings and sofa dated back to the &0’s. Locked up court yard full of broken down refrigerators.

Nice road trip hotel, affordable Paso alternative.
Super friendly service. The hotel is good for what I used it for - a place to put my head down for the night en route to my next location during a road trip. Nothing fancy. The TV did't work well (no guide, no way of telling which channels worked or didn't), but the Wifi signal was excellent and I was able to get some work done. There's a good drive-through (or walk up) coffee place directly across the street and several stores and restaurants nearby. It's significantly more affordable than the hotels in Paso Robles and only 15-20 minutes away.

When Sean was notified that the refrigerator in room 210 was not working, he was very accommodating and replaced it with a working refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom filter was extremely filthy and the sink wouldn’t drain. The lamp shade was stained and there were cigarette burns on the blankets. The doors were dirty with some sort of brown liquid and the room smelled like urine. The towels were thin as can be. We were not satisfied with our room but were told it’d be $49 to have a different room.

A Disappointing Stay
This stay was somewhat of a disappointment. The advertised continental breakfast was simply non-existent. The condition of the room, whilst clean enough, left something to be desired. The blanket was quite frayed around the edges and both washcloths were quite stained. The sink fixture was also in need of replacement.

That was one of the worst places that I have ever stayed in. They charged $40 for an early check-in and had me stand outside in 90° weather instead of coming inside to check in —the service was minimal…… once I got inside the room I could see that they did as little as possible to clean. Around the door and the door handle all around the light switches. The lamps and surfaces were so grungy and dirty. It was pretty gross. That heater/air conditioner was blowing air that smelled like really strong, dog mixed with body odor. They probably haven’t changed those filters for many years… Windows were dirty, and the property had old cars in the back and leftover pieces of furniture and not well-kept up at all! A $200 charge for the night totally not worth it.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The surrounding area is very safe and with McDonald’s across the street for a morning breakfast can’t ask for a better place.

Had to leave a cash deposit which never happened to me before . Restroom needs work shower 🚿 was really not flowing fully shower pressure needs to be checked at check out wait time was ridiculous I was told to leave card in office window but I stated I needed my cash refund and it took over 30 minutes just to get a response not understanding why..

Stayed two days. No towel or soap in bathroom. Ask for and got clean towels day one. Day two no maid service to make bed or to give us clean towels so left without using shower. Very disappointing.

No clean towels on first day. Then second day no maid to make bed or sweep floors or give us clean towels. One day would be forgivable but two days in a row. Unacceptable.
