Melisa was very attentive when I complained and wanted to make it right. Expedia always books the worst room so you need to ask for what you need. She was very nice. Would have changed our room if we had asked. Thank you.

Property was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Walls (and ceilings) are thin, bathroom is tiny. Beds were OK. Perfect location.

No smart TV, beds are very hard and firm, and the pillows are horrible. Everything else was excellent! For the price you can’t beat it!

Staff were super helpful and in fact when I needed to make a private phone call they gave me a room to do so for a full hour! My kids were asleep so super nice of them. No wait for check in (gave me early check in) and easy check out. Amazing area and this location is far enough to avoid noise but only a block from the main drag.

Our room (Ocean view) had a wonderful view of the Morro rock. The room is a little bit dated but clean. Very convenient location. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, large comfortable rooms, fantastic view of Morro Rock and the Embarcadero. Lots of restaurants close by and very friendly staff. We will be back again.

We’ve stayed here many times and really were looking forward to returning. Sadly, it seems the place isn’t as nice as before. We were put in a room with a view of the parking lot. We were stuck with people above and below us. There was a piece of paper on the floor and paper towels inside the microwave, leaving me to question the cleanliness. Dusty luggage racks. Etc etc Very disappointing!

Location is great. But property needs to be upgraded. Been coming here for awhile. Room was spotlessly clean. Carpets too old. Front desk could be a little friendly and flexible.

The staff was amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind. The room was great for the price and convenient to everything. The ocean view room was worth a few extra bucks. Great stay, or family really enjoyed it and will stay with them again.

The rooms were spacious with tables and chairs. Everything was clean and fresh. Ocean view. Sink/mirror separate from toilet/shower. Excellent location, walk to everything. Staff friendly. Also, very economical. My first visit to Morro Bay, I couldn't decide on lodging, but I guessed correctly.

It is perfectly located. Morro Bay is a nice fishing town with a beautiful and clean harbor. Great seafood and sea life. Blue Sail is in the middle of it. We had a great time.
