I had a very bad experience here. First off it’s a bit run down but I didn’t expect much since it was the cheapest I could find. But it smelled like smoke. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was no latch lock on the door. We put a chair against the door while we slept to feel safe. With all of this I was like well you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t even have written a review for those things. I don’t write reviews. But….they have a sign on the window where you check in that says they will not enter your room to clean it during your stay unless you request them to. But the first day we came back to the room after being out for the day we saw they had indeed entered the room and cleaned it. They didn’t have a sign on the door knob to put out saying you don’t want it cleaned. But I didn’t question that since they literally have a sign saying they won’t. So I called the front desk to ask why this happened and the woman who answered argued with me, literally screamed at me. And then hung up on me. We packed up and left. The man at the front desk refused to give me any check out paperwork or the name of the owner. DO NOT STAY THERE!

dear jennifer, i am really sorry for this issue but you no need room sarvice so check in time you have too talk front desk and also all room behind the door sign so you put do not distub sign so housekeeper no go inside .

Rooms are dirty sink leaked the smoke alarms battery went out and all they did was take the battery out and didn’t replace it. Don’t recommend.

Room needs to be renovated but overall the space is roomy. great thing about is It furnished microwave oven and hair dryer, which are good during heavy raining season. the towel needs bleached but it seems clean. the bed cover is very dark, can't tell whether clan or not but the front desk is helpful.

Condition of the hotel grass and yard area is a wreck. Lobby area not good, only window communication. Vent in ceiling falling down. AC hard to work. I’ve stayed here many times before and it’s gone downhill. Sad. Will not be here again.

The room was definitely dated, the outlet behind needs repair. The toilet seems to be designed for a kid. Very spacious and had a back patio so that was a plus.

It was gross, I felt ripped-off
The hotel had pre-charged my credit card - they refused to refund that and use the card I wanted to be charged. The toilet did not flush all the way, the sink did not drain properly. The tv had a big dirt hand print on it. The window overlooked a trashy overgrown yard and the freeway. One of the lights was out. There was a sign in the bathroom that said “don’t stain the towels.” There was a plunger next to the toilet (I guess they knew it didn’t work properly). None of this helped us to feel confident about the cleanliness of this place! I paid $341 for one night and was offered no compensation for these unsatisfactory things.

The property was dirty the room needed repairs, clerks attitude was bad. There was junk and mattresses all over the property. Staff were not friendly. My wife is disabled 71 years old asked clerk for room downstairs was told no rooms available. after a few minutes clerk told me we could have a room downstairs for an additional $30. did not accept offer will never stay there again.

I got there they couldn't find my reservation they gave me a room it looked like someone was sleeping in the bed it wasnt made i even took a pic.They gave me another room and the tv was onn in that room my kids tought it was haunted.

Check in process was simple. The room upstairs (214) was not good. There is a laundry list of things that don’t really shout “hospitality” but here are just a few - trash (old cabinets, tubs, mattresses, etc) in front and behind the building (in the grass area). Crumbs on bed when we walk in, old patched up holes that haven’t been painted in years, a/c unit squealed very loud(couldn’t use it at night), no iron in room, carpet is filthy. Walking 5 minutes in the room after showering and the bottoms of my feet were black. There are several other things but I’ll leave it at that.
