In disrepair. Couch/sofa bed needs to be replaced and burned. Terrible condition. Sink in bathroom did not drain. Very hard to turn shower on. Pool’s heater was out of order and hot tub was under construction although no work was done while we were there. Carpet in room smelled. Did not try to use burners in kitchen as they looked out of order. No utensils at all as well as pots/pans/dishes. Staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast not included unlike majority of Holiday Inns.

Having a room that smells and does not have the amenities you expected is a huge inconvenience, and I would feel the exact same way. Please know that comments like yours are not falling on deaf ears. Did not like that I was charged $10.00 for parking room was a little outdated no waters for being a Hilton hotel I was expecting better service coffee supply’s limited not satisfied very unhappy customer probably would not be back especially with more options close by

The tub had only a trickle of water coming out of the faucet. Of course this impacted the shower, which was very weak as a result. That’s enough right there for a low rating. Get your shower right. Aside from the weak shower, with only a trickle coming out of the faucet, how exactly are you getting the tub clean???? I could ignore the large chunk of bathroom tile missing, the weird drip stain on the mirror, even the graffiti carved into the mirror frame, but don’t give me a weak shower. Won’t be staying here again.

There were broken tiles in the bathroom, the sliding glass door was broken (wouldn’t open properly), and the refrigerator was noisy. There were several people slamming doors in the hallway throughout the early morning (7:00-8:00 am). The room was large, clean and the bedding was fairly comfortable but couldn’t get a good night’s sleep due to the noisy refrigerator and freeway noise. Also there was an unexpected $10.00 parking fee.

Pros: gym is nice weights and some cardio, location is convenient for on and off 101. Cons: The sanitizer or carpet cleaner or whatever they useso strong it is oppresive. Onnarrival, tv didn't work, AC/fan/heat didnt work, and the fridge was left open so it was warm and I had food to put in it. I was not offered a room change. Maintenance fixed tv(bad hdmi cable) got the ac/heat unit to work (though even when off it stayed on and was loud at night) and I had to throw away about 25$ in food due to the fridge. I was told "it will cool down", but it took until the next day and food spoiled. Since it was a work trip, and I have budget for food, it was a bummer to loose most of it.

Charging for parking after you have already paid to stay is greedy thing to do. Nothing was mentioned when booking but charged when you got the hotel. Rooms were nice but were not cleaned daily.

I like that it had a restaurant on premises but the hours for the restaurant need to be more convenient. Would have been nice to get a burger for lunch when I missed breakfast as breakfast was only served until 9:00 everything after that had to be taken to go. Also there seemed to be a shortage of staff in the restaurant. Most of the time there was only one person waiting tables. One more thing, I was served a breakfast that included onions when I asked for without and I was forced to pay for the mistake but given a lesser value substitute for free saying it was charged as a kid’s meal but the waiter acted like he was doing ME a favor when it was their mistake.

Comfort and clean with a few issues.
It was clean and beds comfortable. Hotel charges $10 a night for parking, even though they have a huge lot and no other business around that would take up parking. Knocked on our door to clean twice within 20 minutes even though our do not disturb sign was up. Hotel could use an update.

Bed was smaller than what I booked
We booked a room with one King and one Queen bed and were placed in a room with that had a full size instead of a Queen. We measured the width to be 55 inches, the same as a standard Full size bed; a Queen should be 60 inches wide. Upon checking out, we inquired with the front desk and they said that they did give us a room with a Queen size, but we knew that the bed was not a Queen size because we measured it.
