Nice hotel everything is in walking distance.Posted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: They could offer a little more in the way of breakfast.
Location: The shops and restaurants are in walking distance. There is a short cruise offered in the bay. Beaches are only minutes away.
We were in Morro Bay for the Avocado Margarita festival. Though the festival left a lot to be desired, Morro Bay was/is always the best.

View of the "Rock" and ocean.Posted Sep 10, 2015
Location: Great beach town, good food, wine tasting close by, not to overrun by millionaires.....yet.
Room was large, bath had two sinks, one in toilet/bath area and one in wardrobe area, nice touch. The strongest electric bulb in the room was 38 watts, not adequate for reading. Had to pull chair into entry area with can light to try to read book. Although tv was 32" flat panel, the Direct TV reception was standard quality video stretched to fit screen. Why can hotels not seem to be able to afford HD signals for their guests? For people use to watching high quality hi def tv, this version gives you a headache.

Great Inn close to the Bay, restaurants and shops!Posted Sep 7, 2015
Pros: Very clean with great housekeeping. On Site staff is superb! Close to everything.
Location: Enjoy the Bay, shopping and restaurants...all within walking distance!
This was our fourth return visit to this Inn and again, we were delighted at the accommodations and the excellent Inn staff that greeted and served us throughout our week's stay. This Inn's ownership understands the importance of offering great residential accommodations supported by well trained and people skilled personnel. Cannot say enough good things about staff such as Michaela and Zen! Will, no doubt, return to Morro Bay as our favorite vacation spot and again stay at La Serena Inn as our favorite place to stay while there. Thank you for a great week!

Cons: Not a thing.
Immaculately clean, quiet motel with pleasant, efficient staff. All rooms open to interior hallways and elevator. Simply but attractively decorated with Audubon theam. Great location near shops, restaurants, waterfront.
