I got here and married a year ago. I came back for my one year anniversary and I couldn’t be happier being here with my husband. One of the nicest customer service very helpful. Everyone here is so nice and so kind. I love exploring the Madonna and I’m so grateful to come back.

Madonna Inn is for those who love the 1930s glamour. I stayed in the Get Lucky room and it was definitely gimmicky. The one thing that didn’t sit well with me, is I paid for my room on Expedia early April, yet when I checked in, they double charged my card and withheld the whole room amount?! It took a whole week to disappear which meant less holiday funds for me. Aside from that, great overnight stop spot between LA and San Francisco

I originally checked in to the jungle rock room, upon entering the room it was not completely clean. The heating and air conditioning did not work lightbulbs were out then the staff put us in the elegance room where we found bugs in the mattress pad. Yuck. then went back to the desk, and they gave us a room in the Esperanza room Checked the mattresses and found bugs on that mattress pad in the second bedroom. Would never stay at Madonna Inn again just thinking about it makes my skin crawl. We reported this to the front desk and also shared photos with the front desk who intern shared the photos with their manager .

First, the hotel charged my debit card without my consent for the first nights stay. After speaking with them they blamed it on Expedia which in turn had me call them and wait on the phone for 30 min. Expedia stated that it was the hotel and that I was to contact them to get a refund. After calling the hotel back once again they were rude and unwilling to refund me and no apology was made for the unauthorized charge. After speaking to a manager they refunded me. I selected the option to pay at time of check in. I made a early check in due to having young kids and the room was not ready until 3:30, they didn’t care and had us wait. We went to the hotel’s restaurant which was a 45 min wait even when there were tables visibly available. After waiting the waitress was rude and uninviting. The food was terrible. I ordered fried chicken which was over cooked and had zero flavor. My wife ordered the bbq chicken which was also over cooked. We each took one bite and asked for our check which was disappointing to say the least. When we told the waitress that we wanted to leave she made no apology basically looking at my family as if we were stuck up. This was hands down the worst food I have ever had at a restaurant. During our second night stay we had to call the front desk due to the rooms on either side of us partying and keeping us up and our 3 year old up late into the night. We will never be going back to the Madonna Inn and not recommend the hotel or restaurant to anyone.

I can`t say enough about the Madonna inn. Excellent customer service in all area`s great dinning options, always so clean and the rooms are fantastic. I really got to enjoy the pool this stay and it`s so warm like bathwater which was amazing on a windy and cool day. It`s are 3rd time staying and we will be back again.
