The property is under construction with many workers hanging around the rooms. The room I stayed in had stains on the chair, random hooks on the walls, and a broken dresser.

The shampoo was of poor quality, no hair dryer, no shelf in shower to put soaps etc. the leg on one side table was barley holding on, no closet to hang coats.

It was fairly inexpensive. It was clean. No touch of hospitality or extras. Not even facial tissue in the teeny, tiny room. Floors sloped. Every noise outside was heard inside. We only slept and left, so it was adequate for the job.

The property is under construction, barely any other guests staying there. It felt unsafe due to that. We had booked a renovated/ upgraded room but were told upon check-in that there were no rooms yet upgraded and available. The manager further went on to point out that you can’t expect any better at this price in the area. The carpets were grimy and furniture ratty. The heating took ages to kick in and the room felt cold. Would not stay there again.

The room was awful. Carpet was stained everywhere. Musty smell very old comforter. We were not able to cancel the room since it was New Year’s Eve. Called Expedia but was not able to connect to reservations. Will be contacting them. Do not stay at this hotel.

Honestly, I should have based my trip around the last comment I read before booking. However, since some people said this place is good, I went against my better judgment and booked. The room was awful. It is small, the bedding had cigarette burns in it, it’s dark and dreary. The carpet is old and dark and ugly. I couldn’t sleep not one minute on that mattress without having back pain or consistently thinking about bedbugs. The furniture is chipped the flooring in the bathroom is cracked. The tv has a guide with multiple channels yet it’s like a fake guide, as only three channels work. The AC looks like it’s 20 years old, maybe more. Didn’t want to use it, cause who knows what would have come out of it. I Lysol every room I stay on and even after doing such, it still felt disgusting. We literally could not wait to get out of there, as soon as it turned daylight we were out. I definitely do not recommend. It’s not worth no $77 a night. Not even worth a $1.

RUN...
OMG! I can't believe this property received a 7.2 rating. I rely on ratings from other guests, and the high marks were way off, at least based on my room. I wouldn't normally leave a rating, but this was not a "good" room for $70. The bad: The room was terrible; it had an awful permeating smell. The furniture was old; one of the night stands looked like it was on its last leg. The one chair was stained and filthy, the comforter looked gross, and the carpet had huge stains over a large surface. The bathroom had a window facing the street. I could see the drivers who had stopped at the stop sign, which meant that they could see me. There was a little fenced courtyard by the bathroom, and anyone with access to it could have peeked in, so I had to drape a towel over the window. The paint was peeling in the shower area, and the toilet roll holder has seen better days. Oh, and the towels are small and scratchy. The ice machine looked run down and not taken care of. This was not a room to relax in! The good: There was plenty of hot water in the shower, the towels smelled of bleach (so they had been disinfected), and the cold tile floor looked newer. The tv worked fine and there were enough channels to watch - no premium, though. I didn't use the Internet, so I can't comment. The man in the front office was nice but hard to understand. The heater worked well (since the blankets were minimal).

The neighborhood looked unsafe, and filthy. There was an RV park next to it. Right next to the highway, hence loud with car noise. I saw a few cars parked on that same street that were smashed, with broken windows. The neighborhood looked scary! The customer service was terrible. The room was terrible. old, stinky, dark, cold. didn't even have a TV. The room furniture was old, and ugly. The was only one chair that was stained and filthy to sit on. The comforters looked old, and dirty. The towels look old. The bathroom has ants and flying little bugs. Both inside and outside looked rundown and not taken care of. The office stunk. I told the front desk that I don't like my room and would like to leave (and this is a few minutes after I had checked in), he said no sorry I can't give you a refund. Keep in mind I had reserved the book around 8 PM online, got there at 8:05 PM, checked the room and wanted to check out and get my refund at 8:10, and he wouldn't budge. I walked away and he ate the money. Super rude guy.

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, the people in the room next door were having a party until 2am on a Monday and the shower took a while to heat up...but other than that I can't complain. Wonderfully simple.

Ok for a convenient place to lay your head without a lot of noise. Was able to check in 30 mins early with no issues. There was no cable, but WiFi. The shower needed repair as well as the vanity and floors. The Handel wanted to fall of as I was adjusting the heat. The floors were not vacuumed well and it was just over all outdated. The heater/cooler wall unit worked but got so hot fast that I had to keep adjusting it throughout the night and couldn’t get it to be a good temp for sleeping. Over priced for what little you get imo.
