Good hotel good staff.

Excellent stay

Pros: The property was clean and well-maintained.
Cons: Adding a second waffle station.
Location: There are many local businesses & restaurants (Klondike Pizza, Zoe's Hawaiian BBQ), and big chain stores (Target, Best Buy) within driving distance.
Great location- not too far of a driver from many shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting local places to visit. The room was spacious, very clean and well-maintained. The staff in the hotel atrium restaurant provided excellent service. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a second waffle maker to avoid having the long waits, and having more fresh toppings for the waffle station (like bananas, strawberries, and blueberries).

Location: Several quality location to eat the famous 'SM Tri Tip.

We stayed the weekend to attend our son's graduation from the local theatre college and had a delightful experience. Our room was ready early, the staff attend any needs promptly (i.e. extra towels, pillows), brunch was delicious.

The gentleman that checked us in on Saturday night was rude and very unfriendly! Would make me not want to stay there he was so rude! Something needs to be done by it!

Comfortable and really clean.

We stayed 2 nights to visit family. We couldn't have selected a better place to stay. Room was really clean and I'm admittedly picky. Room was close to the pool, which was really nice. We asked for a cot and extra towels and they were delivered immediately. Seriously... world-class customer service. Friendly, helpful and approachable staff. Breakfast was delicious, too. Do not hesitate to stay here.

One night stay was a nightmare

On Saturday night, there was a birthday party downstairs. It was incredibly loud. My windows rattled and the bass was insufferable. I turned up the TV and AC. I called the front desk. Supposedly they asked party to lower the volume. It didn't happen. The noise lasted till after midnight. After complaining several times my room was comped that night. It was a miserable night. The other 3 night's stay were fine.

There was a tray of food outside of my room upon first checking in. The toilet seat was cracked, which is a haven for bacteria. The interior of the hotel was very dated and ugly. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Hotel near airport

With all the open space in parking lot, lines between space was limited when trying to get out of car door. Hot tub was warm.
