My business trip was for 7 days. After the fourth day the internet started to fail, despite that I ask for help there was no attention -I finished used my phone internet. Despite the dollars tips, some waitress are phenomenal some others are really rude. If you have other choices take them.

Serenity in the city. Beautiful, relaxing, large, secured courtyard area that provides a peaceful retreat in the city. Sufficiently close to the airport. I have had an amazing stay here. *the restaurant coffee is good.

Almost all ok. Wifi on outside building is weak
Last time I stayed in this hotel in May all was perfect, as I stayed on the mail building. At this time my room was located in the outside building next to the pool. Room is good, clean, good space, therefore wifi signal is really weak in that area.

Covid19 doesn’t mean take advance of
Hotel is nice and clean, covid is an issue we all need to do are part to stay safe and people around us, but that shouldn’t mean to be taken advantage by hotel management by closing water fountains, having to pay $3 for water bottles and $2.50 for a a cup of noodle soup.. I have been to hotels that they still serve breakfast and to avoid large crowds they bring the food to your table and tables 6 ft apart. Not all hotels think the same, it seems some care more then others.

We really enjoyed the Holiday Inn and came back after visiting several years ago. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with live piano music, we got to enjoy the pool and gym, and the only downside is that they are remodeling so it was a bit inconvenient to get to our room from the lobby.
