The hotel is gorgeous inside and out! The pool area was so relaxing and a great place to unwind after exploring the town. The staff was awesome and very attentive. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
At the time of my check-in I was told that I booked two rooms instead of one. I explained that I booked only one and they insisted that two rooms were booked and paid for under my name and that I needed to call expedia to get a refund for the extra room. I told them to leave it as it was because I had a family member from out of town looking for a hotel and I didn't have the time to go through my back account and find an invoice or call expedia to cancel that extra room. I kept both rooms for my self and for my family member and later that day they were looking/calling for me non-stop to stop by the front desk because they made a mistake and that extra room wasn't paid for. So at the end I did pay for that extra room and spend extra money I wasn't planning to but didn't have another choice .
