refurbish of old closet, table and chairPosted Mar 8, 2018
Ihavespoke to the manager to highlight of the change of the old closet, writing table and chair as well. One of the night there is a fight and it can be heard loudly in my room which is scary. The rate I had paid for the hotel charges inclusive of items that I hv costume in the fridge such as orange juices and wafer, not Everyday. I paid a hotel tax and items consume in the fridge is Euro 64. With the standard and the condition in the hotel i should not be charge at such .

Perfect location! Great staff, perfect service!!Posted Feb 21, 2018
Pros: Location, service with a smile. I had an awesome view of the Rialto Bridge.
Awesome location, fabulous staff, great service, AMAZING view! I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, & by the 2nd day, the kitchen staff, recognized me, & automatically brought me my tea in the morning for breakfast (which is included in the price). Breakfast is great, many options. I felt like a queen!

Hotel RialtoPosted Feb 20, 2018
A central Venice 4* Hotel with no bar, no restaurant and very little light in the room. Breakfast was poor quality. Good location and clean are the only positives.

Great location!Posted Jan 21, 2018
The hotel is located steps from the Rialto bridge! Water taxi stand is also very close. Room was clean and had an adequate amount of closet space. Bathroom could have a little more counter top space. The hotel staff could be a little warmer to its customers. The breakfast buffet was okay. Very crowded in a smaller space. I would recommend this to my friends but give them an honest review.

Don't over pay for the canal viewPosted Jan 4, 2018
My only gripe with the hotel was that we upgraded to the "Grand Canal Suite" for the highly touted view. If you do this, make sure your room is above the second floor. Otherwise, it is a lovely (and pricey) view of the water taxi ticket station.
GREAT HOTEL NEAR EVERYTHINGPosted Dec 18, 2017 on Hotels
LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS AWESOME...WE HAD ROOM NUMBER 103 WHICH HAD A VIEW OF THE RIALTO AND THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE WATER BUS IS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOTEL WHICH WAS CONVIENT GETTING TO AND FROM THE TRAIN STATION

Very accessible and a pleasant surprise.Posted Dec 16, 2017
I had not expected to stay at such a nice hotel considering the amount I paid for this break. It was at the heart of the tourist scene.
