You have a very smart and kind attendance. I want to point the outstanding attendence that one of yours receptionists gave to my family - Linda, was outstanding and very professional. Congratulations of attracting good employees as Linda.
I cannot say the same to the breakfast people, they did the basic well, but they give different assistance to native people and strangers, they offer capuccinos, expresso and so on and so forth for Italians, while strangers have to get it in the self service machines.
