Todo muy agradable

No tuve agua caliente en 4 días de 5 que estuve ahí, cuando hablaba para pedir el apoyo, un par de recepcioistas fueron irrespetuosos. lo peor, fue que un grupo de huespedes hizo fiesta enfrente de mi habitación ya cuando eran horas de descansar y al pedir el apoyo de recepción, solo me indicaron que un ratito. Ese detalle me costo mucho, debido a que no descanse nada y al otro día me senti desveladísimo. Mi estadía por ese detalle lo considero una falta de respeto enorme y en vez de que el hotel me ofreciera una disculpa, solo nada. Me echaron a perder mie stadía de vacacioens.

This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel. We loved everything about the lobby and our room. The staff are also very friendly- especially Jose! The only thing that kept us from rating this hotel 5 starts was our check-in experience. There is no elevator, and Jose wasn't working at the time. The only person on duty was a very young woman who could not help us with our bags. So, I had to carry 4 very heavy bags up the stairs by myself. Jose was available in the morning to help us when we left.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better, everything was within walking distance. We loved being able to explore Oaxaca on foot, with incredible Michelin-recognized restaurants, charming boutiques, delicious panaderías, beautiful churches, and so many cultural landmarks just steps away. One thing that truly stood out was the staff’s attention to detail. They took the time to acknowledge what we were celebrating and helped coordinate special touches that made our anniversary feel even more memorable. That level of personalized hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was included each morning, and we really enjoyed it. The cocktails were equally impressive, beautifully crafted and full of flavor. Our favorites were the Micheladas, the Mezcalín de Maracuyá, and the Carajillo. Perhaps what we loved most was the hotel itself. The architecture and history are breathtaking. Staying here felt less like checking into a hotel and more like spending the night in a beautifully preserved museum, where every corner tells a story. If you’re looking for a place that combines history, exceptional service, incredible food and drinks, and an unbeatable location, this is it.
