Our bright apartment belongs to a sea front building equipped with a lift and located in Lido dei Pini, a few steps away from Pluto's beach.
This 2 room apartment is an attic located on the 3rd floor, ideal for 4 guests. It is displayed on two levels, connected by an internal spiral staircase. Downstairs, it has a bright living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped open kitchen and a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, blind bathroom with a shower box and a large terrace with a stunning seaview.
The apartment comes with a numbered covered parking space in the basement and lovely A/C.
