Toilet was leaking. Toilet did not flush. Beds were tiny. Room was so small. Water in shower not very good pressure. I did like staff very friendly.

Breakfast didn’t start at 6 as it was promoted. After 20 minutes waiting.. it was good. Delay caused to miss return bus.

They don't have good service, they don't have an established schedule of the restaurant and I had to go somewhere else to buy, it doesn't have beds in a room for a family, it would have to be divided into another room, they are very small beds, the air conditioning is obsolete, it makes a lot of noise it doesn't let you rest.

Regarding the reservation at the time of booking you can check the size of our beds, which are suitable for a maximum of 2 people, and the air, we will inform you to be considered in future investments. Everything in this hotel is great except the beds are extremely tiny. Just make sure you know before booking. Besides that everything was exceptional.

This hotel is awesome !! 5 min walk from metrocentro . The breakfast is bomb too straight from A salvi kitchen 🔥🔥. I booked for 3 nights but ended up staying the whole week . Just one minor issue I came from the Texas & their queen here is like a full😅😅 but clothes & sizes in this country are different for some reason . Overall great experience & we didn’t try the pool but I’m sure it’s great to . Breakfast is from 6-10am . I will for sure come back

I thought having Expedia would help save money but it was not the case we paid 126 dol but if call them directly it was 76 dol so we paid double just for using Expedia and I regret it because before breakfast was good but this time the only good thing was the coffee and fruit the room was hot because the ac was making a loud noise and wasn’t cooling

The staff is excellent, clean, friendly, professional, respectful. But they need to hire security guards who can treat a black person as a normal guest like everybody else, not like a suspect. On my second day at the hotel i went out for a walk and on my way back the guard on duty jumped in from of me and told me that i was not allowed to go inside the building. As he was arguing with me the front desk staff intervene and told him to let me in.
