El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona turística está muy cerca caminando. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas y muy bien decoradas. La comida es muy buena, especialmente el desayuno. Las personas de limpieza son muy amables y atentas. Las personas de recepción y algunas del restaurante no son muy agradables, deberían ser mas amables para el trabajo que desempeñan. En general, el hotel es una buena opción al visitar Zaragoza.

Took the 2 2 room and it was big and spacious. Location was not within the old town but it was just outside the old town and in an area that was very easy to find food. Only areas of improvement: 1) The room floor was parquet and an indoor plant in the room leaked water... does not bother us but might wear and tear the floor in future; 2) the bathroom did not have grooves separating the bath area from the main toilet area so water can leak out of the bath area and that made the toilet wet

Attentive service from staff, very accommodating and kind. Wonderful room, comfortable bed, very clean. Room service was an additional plus, tasty food and very quick service. Gym was very nice. Close to the center of town with a lot of options for dining and shopping within walking distance. Overall, wonderful stay - would recommend!

Excellent location in a fantastic city
Lovely hotel, in a fantastic location- short walk to all sites of interest. The parking is a bit complicated- but fine & safe once you figure it out... the staff are super helpful & friendly. Comfy bed, great shower & soft free drinks replenished daily... I'd definitely return to this hotel

Excellent spot. Great vibes. Great staff.
This hotel offered a perfect 4 days stay to unwind a 3 week tour of Spain. Location is about 40-46 walk to center. For sure opt for a taxi about €8. The staff is what makes this hotel stand out. They are all spectacular at what they do. Only think that could be improved is the AC. Pretty hot during this time of the year. Unable to adjust temp cooler :(

I'll start with Zaragoza was difficult to navigate while driving. However, the hotel location was perfect for exploring on foot. Service and facilities were top notch. Parking was close by and easy.

We loved our stay here, the roof top bar and pool was a great chilled area to relax. Our room was spacious and the facilities great including a gym. Close by to the sights we easily walked to the local highlights. Would highly recommend. We were a family of 4 travelling with 2 teenagers.

Perfect short stay hotel in the city centre.
Nice clean and modern rooms, cozy rooftop pool to escape the city heat and a great breakfast selection in the buffet. Will stay here again when passing through Zaragoza.

Zaragoza stop over...
Our stay was only for one night as we were heading home to VLC via Bordeaux. Initially somewhat difficult to get to, as we encountered heavy rush hour traffic @ 18.00. The public parking garage which is both secure and well appointed is almost directly opposite the hotel. There is no onstreet parking directly infront of the hotel. The hotel is nicely appointed and refurbished nicely. Rooms are spacious and modern. However in room 123, the shower door seals lower down, are not effective and water seeped out onto the bedroom floor. Luckily, towels were aplenty. Beds were super comfortable and the bedding both clean and high quality. The mini bar was both free of charge and very much appreciated, as it was hot in the centre during the late afternoon. A good central location, a mere 10 minutes walk down to the cathederal in the main plaza. Enjoyed the restaurant located on the roof level (11th floor) offering panoramic views over the city and the windmills in the distance. Unfortunately, the roof top swimming pool was out of commission. The restaurant menu itself was simple but nicely presented and the dishes well prepared. Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Asked for and recieved a business invoice with the appropriate details with no issues whatsoever. Thanks for a welcoming stay.

El hotel está bien ubicado y cuenta con habitaciones amplias y confortables. El desayuno es bueno y el personal amistoso. Quizás un inconveniente menor sea que no tiene en este momento un parqueo en el hotel y se debe desplazar unos 300 mts para ubicar uno.
