“It was clean and remodeled in a safe location. It is across from a previously flooded area that is not cleaned up yet but that wasn’t too bad. Check in time was later as there was a change in owner. It was easy to find.”

“We checked in, the owner or manager at the desk was very friendly, we got to our room and floor in our room was kind of like tile but the pattern you can't really tell if the floor was clean, however I could see mop marks and it didn't feel clean so after swimming of course we tracked some water in, so I got a towel to dry the floor and of course you just throw the towel down, and clean up the water and it was so dirty on the towel .. I called Expedia and they said that someone at the front……

“If you're looking for a private and cozy place to stay in Ruidoso, this is definitely the place! The cabins are very private and perfectly located, with grocery stores, restaurants, and other attractions just a short drive away. The cabin was warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was fully equipped with dishes, a grill, microwave, oven, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and much more. They really thought of everything, so there was never a need to ask for……

“Love these cabins, when I can I always try to rent them. My family loves how close they are to the softball fields since we go for the tournaments. We’ve never had a problem 💜”

“Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff needs to have someone at the front desk most of the time. When we checked in, a staff member had to come from the kitchen to the desk. Also, I had a question for them that night and no one was at the desk.”
