Really enjoyed this hotel.

Posted Jul 29, 2017
Pros: Everything was likeable.
Cons: More staff for the pool bar to improve the efficiency of the service. The staff were generally always under time pressure.
Location: Location was a slight issue but not a reason for not returning. Nice beach close by.
Very good hotel with excellent well managed facilities. Only slight issue is the distance from the nearest towns.

Nice well appointed modern hotel

Posted Jul 21, 2017
Pros: Very good outdoor pool area and if it is raining they have a good indoor pool facilty. There is also a large spa facility at extra cost.
Cons: we needed a courtesy room to change before we went to the airport. There was not one available so ewe had to use the indoor pool changing rooms etc
Location: Flamingo's near the hotel. Best beaches about 3 miles away but there are others much closer but they are on the lagoons nearby.
We were given a lovely room on the top floor looking out across the town towards the large church. The reception were very helpful during our stay even though we spoke very little Spanish. Most of the guests were Spanish. The hotel is very modern and is spotlessly clean. We had breakfast buffet included which was very good.We were out most evenings but when we did have dinner in the hotel it was a good buffet and the price was only E21 which included unlimited bottles or glasses of wine including Cava. It is very Spanish. . I would recommend this hotel and will probably visit again. You do need a car to get to the better beaches at Torre or El Mojon. and it is useful to have a car anyway.as the hotel is not near town center. Murcia Airport only 15 minutes away..

Great hotel. Rooms Highly recommend

Posted Jul 3, 2017
Pros: All of it
Cons: A few minor bits and pieces. Could do with freshening up.
Location: A bit out on a limb. Not much around hotel. A couple of restaurants. You need to take taxis or have a car if you want to do anything.
A great few days. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming although not all spoke English. Room fabulous beds exceedingly comfortable. Pool area lovely and pool bar not too expensive. Breakfast was good. A huge restaurant very bust but food pretty good and plentiful Overall an excellent stay. Very clean throughout

En general bien. El bufé podriia estar más variado. En cuanto al personal en general bien, con una sola excepción. En la reccepcion del balneario, la señora que atendía nos trató con despreció y falta de interés.
