The open-style living area in Ocean’s Edge 1B has a casual coastal appeal with a large neutral-colored, L-shaped sectional sofa, natural hardwood tables, soft, blue-toned rug and pillow accents, and a 50” Smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. The dining room has a large hardwood mahogany table with 6 dining chairs. The kitchen has beautiful mahogany cabinetry with natural stone countertops, a trio of wooden bar stools, and stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create a culinary delight. There is a sliding glass wall system along the perimeter of the living and dining area that faces the Caribbean for the most impressive views throughout!!
A large, beautifully outfitted master bedroom sits just off the kitchen with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath with a shower and double sink vanity. The other two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms have a king-sized and queen-sized bed plus en-suite bathrooms with showers.

This great location is not only in the coveted “safest area of Ambergris Caye,” but is also only a short drive from all of the great restaurants, shopping, and fun beach bars San Pedro has to offer. This condo is professionally managed and you will have access to a professional and attentive reservations and guest services team for help with things such as, golf cart rentals, transfer flights, water taxi information, shuttle to/from island air or water terminals, grocery provisioning, tours and activities, COVID-19 testing, restaurant reservations and/or private chef services, “what to see in San Pedro” and much, much more.
In addition to the rental rate there is a $125 USD cleaning fee (plus tax). This is for your arrival/departure clean plus one mid-stay cleaning visit. You may purchase additional days of housekeeping if desired.

The Belize Travel Insurance is mandatory and will help protect travelers against incurred medical and non-medical expenses, if they test positive for COVID-19 during their stay in Belize.

Any traveler is permitted to visit Belize at this time. All travelers must:
Bring along an Official Vaccine Card reflecting the receipt of the dual vaccine at least two weeks prior to arrival.
Or, if you cannot provide proof of immunization, bring along a negative Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) COVID-19 test taken within 96 hours of travel, OR Rapid Antigen, Sofia, SD Biosensor, ABBOTT (Panbio) test taken no more than 48 hours prior to travel. If neither is presented, you can take a COVID-19 test upon arrival.
Children under the age of 5 are not required to present a negative COVID test; Children 5 years and older must present a negative COVID test.
As of 1 April 2022, mask wearing is no longer required for indoor and outdoor spaces.
